The Countdown is On…
According to DGM, I have two days and a wakeup left. Today it finally hit me as I took a taxi along the west side in to work that my days at the Museum are limited- and its feeling bittersweet. Denial has been much, much easier. I sure will miss all the nice Jewish people with their funny little food habits and affinity for neurosis. But I will not miss this sick sweltering heat that makes hot and dirty a bad thing.

hey fluffer — you split 3000 miles from CA a few years back, now you’re headin’ east another 3k. either way, i am happy for you no matter how many Euros it’ll cost nor if your flatamate tosses kitchenware out the window nor if he tosses salad out the window (the original definition, that is). trust a nice irish catholic boy like me: you miss nice neurotic funny jews and not the sweltering big apple weather, i suggest you rent a woodie allen dvd (ANNIE HALL, he comes to LA) and avoid vin diesel movies like the bubonic plague. trust me love you always, CB.
